1. Review wellness history- complete online questionnaire that is reviewed by me before our first call.
2. Consult + Initial 90 min Session :
Review of previous lab work or blood test results.
Discuss health struggles and options for navigating your way out of them.
Create a foundational plan covering all the practical areas of wellness.
Get blood work and functional lab testing recommendations, specific to your situation.
Receive extensive post-call notes so you can be present for the session and not miss a thing.
3. Foundational Wellness Plan
Nutrition - suggestions on how to heal your body through food based on symptoms.
Sleep - how to get more sleep, better quality sleep, and have more energy as a result.
Movement - create a sustainable exercise routine that works best for your body.
Stress Reduction - outline how to reduce, tackle and manage stress and anxiety.
Mindset - uncover underlying negative self-talk that may be creating and amplifying physical symptoms.
Supplementation - talk about why and when supplements are necessary and how they can compliment the food that you’re eating.
4. Bi-weekly Follow Up Email to address any questions.
